Auditing Committee

The Auditing Committee is appointed by the BOG. No member of the BOG is eligible to serve
as an auditor.

The responsibilities of this position typically include:

Audit Treasurer’s records and prepare certification.

Within 30 days after the end of the chapter’s fiscal year end, prepare an annual financial report and present it and the Audit Committee report to BOG and Director and Regional Chair (DRC)
