2024-2025 - ASHRAE year round up:

Much of our focus has been on providing educational lunches. This is a pivotal function to our local chapter can contribute to the of part of ASHRAE’s mission statement, “advancing the arts and sciences of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and their allied fields” by keeping those already in the field up to date.

In addition to having several lunch and learns, this year we were able to do two small pilot programs:

  • Offered a college scholarship!  Sadly, no applications but we’re trying again this year.

  • Spread awareness of ASHRAE to college students by having a “Bowling with ASHRAE” night.

  • Celebrated International Women in Engineering Day by treating our female members to Painting with a Twist, well, belated.
